What an AI testimonial video is

An AI testimonial video is a customer testimonial video in which the testimony is real and human, while generative AI accelerates the cinematic production around it. Your customer sits for a genuine, unscripted interview. From that footage ArcaneWiz, an AI video production agency led by Creative Director Daniel Atzil (20+ years in cinematography, colour and sound), builds a branded narrative with Midjourney, Kling, Veo and Seedance.

Social proof only works when buyers believe it. A B2B testimonial video that feels staged or AI-fabricated destroys the trust it was made to earn, so the AI-heavy work happens around the human voice, never to it.

What AI never touches

  • A fake or deepfaked presenter
  • Your customer’s words, rewritten or re-voiced
  • Invented quotes, faces, logos or results
  • A scripted avatar in place of the customer

Want a fully scripted brand presenter with no real customer? That is a different product: see AI avatar video.

Four steps to a customer story video

A compact commercial shoot with an AI post-production engine behind it, every step directed by Daniel Atzil.

  1. Customer interview and story structure

It starts with the human. We help you choose the right customer, prepare questions that surface a real narrative arc, and direct the interview so answers stay natural, never coached into a script. We shape the footage into a Hook, Turning point, Work, Result structure. Nothing your customer says is altered.

  2. Midjourney style frames and brand b-roll

Before a frame is finished, we lock the look: the environments, textures and motifs that make the film feel like your brand rather than stock. The AI produces options; Daniel Atzil selects and refines them.

  3. Kling, Veo and Seedance motion and cutaways

Static concepts become motion: brand b-roll, product moments, transitions and cutaways that once required a second shoot day. These clips wrap around the real interview, illustrating the customer’s points, never impersonating the customer.

  4. Colour and sound polish

Finish is where cheap testimonials fall apart and premium ones earn trust. Two decades in colour grading and sound design guide the final pass: consistent skin tones and brand colour, clean dialogue, scored beats.

Testimonial video formats from one interview

One customer interview should never become one video. We plan the shoot so a single story day yields a full library, each cut for where it will be watched.

Deliverables from a single interview day

Hero customer-story film60–90sHomepage, sales deck, investor pitchFull Hook-to-Result arc, brand b-roll, motion graphics, graded colour
Social cutdowns15–30sLinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, paid socialVertical and square reframes, strongest line first, captioned for silent autoplay

Reframing and captioning are AI-accelerated, so you get platform-native variants without re-shooting or paying for a second production.

Customer testimonial video questions

Direct answers to what marketing and sales teams ask before they book a testimonial shoot.

What is an AI testimonial video?
An AI testimonial video is a customer testimonial video in which the testimony is real and human, and generative AI handles the cinematic production around it. Your customer gives a genuine, unscripted interview; ArcaneWiz then builds the film with brand b-roll, motion graphics, colour and sound using Midjourney, Kling, Veo and Seedance. The AI accelerates the craft; it never fabricates the person or their words.
How much does a customer testimonial video cost?
A customer testimonial video at ArcaneWiz starts from $3,000. A hero customer-story film and an ongoing testimonial program are scoped on a short call, because the price depends on shoot logistics, how many social and sales cutdowns you need, and the finish level. Every package and its floor are on our pricing page.
How long does testimonial video production take?
Testimonial video production takes 7–10 working days from an approved brief. We run four steps: a directed customer interview and story structure, Midjourney style frames and brand b-roll, Kling, Veo and Seedance motion and cutaways, then colour and sound polish. Because the AI pipeline replaces the slowest traditional stages, the bottleneck is usually your customer’s calendar, not our production.
Does using AI make a testimonial less authentic?
No. The customer is 100% real and their words are never scripted, altered or fabricated. AI is used only for the finish: brand b-roll, cutaways, colour, sound and multi-format cutdowns, the work that traditionally required a full crew. B2B buyers trust a real customer far more than any brand claim, so we never deepfake a presenter or put words in anyone’s mouth.
Do we have to disclose that AI was used?
In most cases, no. The 2026 synthetic-media labeling laws in New York, California and the EU target fabricated or deepfaked performers, and we never use one. Your customer is a real person speaking their own words, so the testimony itself is not synthetic media; AI only touches the surrounding b-roll and finish. We advise on disclosure best practice for your market.
Does our customer have to appear on camera?
It is best if they do: a real face and voice are what make a B2B testimonial video convert. If your customer cannot be filmed, we build a voice or quote-led version over brand b-roll, using their real words with their approval. We never invent a synthetic spokesperson to stand in for them; a fully scripted presenter is a different product, AI avatar video.
How do you handle our customer’s consent and privacy?
Every testimonial shoot runs on a signed consent form that states exactly where the video will be published. Your customer reviews and approves the final cut before release, and nothing goes live without that approval. Their face, voice and words stay their own: we never alter what they said, and the AI layers only build the cinematic world around their interview.
What is the difference between a testimonial video and a case-study video?
A testimonial video leads with emotion and credibility: one customer telling a relatable story about why they trust you. A case-study video is more structured and metric-led, walking through the problem, the work and the measurable result. They complement each other, and we often cut both from one customer interview day, so one shoot feeds both formats.
Which AI tools do you use for testimonial videos?
We use Midjourney for style frames and brand-consistent b-roll, and Kling, Veo and Seedance for motion, animated cutaways and product moments around the interview. Colour grading and sound design are guided by Creative Director Daniel Atzil, whose 20+ years of craft set the bar the AI tools serve. The real customer footage in every testimonial video always stays untouched.
Can you cut social and sales versions from one customer interview?
Yes, that is how we plan every shoot. From a single interview day we deliver a 60–90 second hero film, 15–30 second vertical and square social cutdowns, a quote-card series, and a longer sales-enablement edit for your deal desk. Reframing and captioning are AI-accelerated, so you get platform-native variants of the customer story video without re-shooting.
Can the testimonial video be in Hebrew or bilingual?
Yes. We produce testimonial videos fully in English or Hebrew, with captions, and with right-to-left text design for Hebrew, and we can cut a bilingual Hebrew and English version for audiences abroad. A version in another language is a separate project with its own script, voiceover and timing, and it is priced that way.
