AI Video Project Planner
Plan Your AI Video Project In Five Minutes.
A short guide to scoping, budgeting, and producing AI-generated video that actually does the job — plus a free 30-minute planning call if you want to skip the homework and talk to a producer instead.
Most AI Video Projects Stall Before They Start.
Not because the technology isn’t ready — it is. Because the brief was vague. Below is the planning frame we use with every client. Walk through it on your own, or bring what you have and we’ll fill the rest in together on a planning call.
Six Things To Decide Before You Brief Us.
If you can answer these six questions, you have a brief. If you can’t, that’s fine — we’ll work them out with you on the planning call.
What’s the action?
What should the viewer do after watching — book a demo, register, share, remember a brand moment? One primary action, one secondary at most.
Who is watching?
Decision-maker or end-user? On a phone in a feed or on a laptop in a tab? In English or a local language? Tone and length follow from this.
How long should it run?
Vertical 15–30s for social, square 30–60s for paid, web hero 60–90s, long-form 2 min+ for explainers. We’ll right-size to your channel mix.
What should it look like?
Photoreal, animated, motion-graphic, hybrid? We have working references for each — bring a mood-board, a competitor’s spot, or just a vibe.
How many files?
One master plus aspect-ratio cuts, language versions, subtitled variants, raw scene exports for your editor? Decide once at the start, save a round of revisions later.
When do you need it?
Standard turnaround is 5–10 working days from a signed brief. Tighter is possible. Budget tier comes next — see below.
Budget Tiers — A Rough Frame.
Pricing depends on length, complexity, and language count. These three tiers cover most projects; we quote exact numbers after the planning call.
